Clarksville Athletic Club’s group fitness program offers a wide range of group exercise classes including Cardio-Kickboxing, Zumba, Boot-Camp, Pilates, Yoga, Step, and Strength Training, just to name a few. We are proud to be able to offer such a variety of classes to help you meet your fitness needs. All of our instructors are certified and highly qualified.

Clarksville Athletic Club now offers a state-of-the-art Group Fitness platform called Wellbeats! Wellbeats programming offers different genres such as cycling, yoga, kickboxing, children’s classes, etc with more than 100 different group exercise classes ON DEMAND! Check out the Wellbeats kiosk in the Group Exercise II room.
There are many physical and psychological benefits of aquatic exercise.
Come try one of the fast growing sports in America! Pickleball combines the elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. The sport attracts players of all ages and is played on the Clarksville Athletic Club basketball court. We offer Open Play Pickleball Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9am – 11am and Thursday evenings from 5pm – 8pm. A limited number of complimentary paddles are available. CAC also has Pickleball equipment available for purchase.
Complimentary Racquetball Clinics are included in membership. Clinics are held every week at 7:00p.m. on Wednesday evenings. Equipment is provided.
Clarksville Athletic Club has a tournament-grade sand volleyball court and an indoor volleyball court. Please stop by the service desk to receive a wristband to play Sand Volleyball. CAC offers Open Play Volleyball on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6pm – close. Court location varies depending on weather conditions.
